Kalibangan, on the Ghaggar in Hanumangarh district, has a Harappan upper town and an earlier Early Harappan level beneath it, along with the earliest attested ploughed field. Ganeshwar is a copper-age culture of Sikar, the tempting distractor because it is also early, and Bagor is a Mesolithic site on the Kothari; Balathal lies in Udaipur district and is Chalcolithic. None of the three shows this sequence.
