Full refund at any time before you submit your entry. Ask and it is done — you do not have to give a reason.
Once your idea is submitted, the entry fee is no longer refundable. That is not a penalty: the fee pays for an individual written evaluation of your idea, and from the moment you submit, that work is what has been bought. If your submission never reached us, or something on our side stopped you from entering, tell us and we will refund it in full.
If a competition is cancelled by us, every entrant is refunded in full, whether or not they had submitted.
Seven days to change your mind, provided you have not sat the certification exam or downloaded the certificate. After the exam is attempted, the product has been used and the fee is not refundable.
Cancel anytime, in two taps: Account → My plans → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next ₹29 renewal; nothing further is charged, and you keep everything until the end of the month you have already paid for. A month that has started is not refunded part-way.
Premium's one-time ₹399 is paid once per course and includes that course's first month. Seven days to change your mind: ask within seven days of paying and it is refunded in full, and the course returns to the plan you had before.
Refunded in full, always, and you do not need to argue for it. If money left your account and the site does not show the purchase, that is our problem to fix — send the payment reference and we will trace it.
Write to support@careercraftlabs.org from the address on your account, with the payment reference if you have it. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — we cannot send them anywhere else — and normally reach it within 5 to 7 working days once we release them; the exact timing after that is your bank's.
